Message From The Owner of Medford's Best, LLC
Many of my customers had a need for removal of piles of limbs and yard waste. Since deciding to expand my business into a full time and year-round venture; I decided to serve these customers and others by adding trash and yard debris removal. Sometimes these piles can be loaded while the fire-watch is happening at the end of the day saving labor cost for the customer and increasing my income for the day. Unfortunately after spending tens of thousands of borrowed dollars to make this happen, I received a call informing me that corrupt politicians in concert with evil corporations and lawyers made this illegal in Jackson and Josephine Counties. For this reason, Medford's Best will now offer residential janitorial services instead. I apologize if you received a flier in the mail and were hoping to receive this service. Government issued military ID required as proof for military discount

Government issued photo ID required for senior discount. Senior discount is for individuals with an age of at least 65 years.

Senior and military discounts may not be combined - it's one or the other.

The "8+ hour day" discount applies after any day with at least 8 (eight) consecutive paid hours of work at a single address (consecutive excluding regular lunch and/or rest breaks). The discount resets at the end of each work-day. May not be combined with any other promotion or discount other than the military or senior discount unless there is a clearly expressed exception advertised with an offer we make.
Our primary service area now extends along I-5 from Medford to Grants Pass, Oregon. Drive time may be charged for jobs outside the primary service area. Full list of towns in our primary service area are available on our contact page.
The service minimum for work outside Jackson and Josephine Counties is $1,200. Drive time will charged at $60 per hour on every job outside Jackson and Josephine Counties. Customer will also be required to reserve and pay for a motel room.
